SAY NO TO FLUORIDATION IN YOUR COMMUNITY WATER

I am making a plea to all those of the Buena Vista community, whether you live out of town or in-town. Tuesday night at 7:00 PM at the Town Meeting there will be a presentation urging our town officials to once again consider putting Fluoride in our water system. Years ago the town decided to not do this because of the cost of the LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY that they needed to have in place by putting this POISON into our drinking water. Yes! that's right it is a medication that is a poison and does not work systemically.
So once again here we are having our right to choose of what we want to put in our bodies taken away if this gets voted in. It is against our constitutional rights.

The American Dental Association claims that this is for the dental health of our children. REALLY??? I'm wondering how many parents out there when informed are consciously open to putting poison in their children's bodies several times a day everyday, let alone there own bodies. This is not new information, this information has been around for years and years. Frankly I can't believe there is still the ignorance to still keep pushing it. There is in fact a 500 pg. min. book called "Fluoride in Drinking Water" that was published after the National Research Council (part of the National Academy of Sciences), did their research studies on fluoride in water. The basic conclusion they found was that there were no statistical differences in those who drank fluoridated water compared to those who drank non-fluoridated water. The ADA claims that it helps protect against cavities and the dental caries bacteria which they have NO proven research to back this up. My remedy for both of those is stop eating processed, sugary foods and rinse your mouth everyday with a food-grade peroxide, problems solved plus really white teeth.

Of the many dangers that are possible, permanent staining of the teeth, death, damage to the skeletal system (because the teeth are the windows to our bones and every organ meridian in the body), thyroid damage, pineal gland damage are just a few.

Dr. Joseph Mercola is a Medical Journalist who has pioneered against this issue and many others and has interviewed Dr. Paul Connett, PhD. of Chemical Science. Dr. Weston Price is a dentist who also did his research and was not in favor of fluoridation. His research took him to indigenous tribes of people and what he found was the dietary habits and lifestyles is what really made a difference in these people's dental health. He in fact really was one of the pioneers advocating raw milk and the health benefits of it.

The other point I want to make is that why is there WARNINGS on toothpaste that if your child swallows a reasonable amount of toothpaste  you should call the Center for Disease Control. In fact nobody should be using mainstream toothpastes that have fluoride, plus those pastes are made with loads of sugar, the real culprit for cavities. The quickest way for us to get anything into our bloodstream is underneath the tongue. Think about it, where does toothpaste concentrate at the whole time you are brushing your teeth??? Or, on baby formula it stipulates that you use filtered water when making formula not tap water. Plus, if it is safe and a protection for our health, why would the town officials at the treatment plant need to where protective garments when handling it and why does the town need a LIABILITY insurance policy???  This really is only common sense folks. I plead to you to inform yourself by watching the videos of this one interview, and if you choose there are many more for you to get information from.

If this were to happen, the only possible way for you to protect your family and yourself from this poisoning and the adverse health dangers, you would have to consider getting a reverse osmosis water filtration system for your whole house because your skin even absorbs when you bathe or shower. That my friends is a very expensive undertaking, starting at $1,940 up to $10,400.

I myself would rather see my tax dollars be spent on educating our community with the real whole truth instead of towards the equipment and insurance costs to  poison our water. Unveiling to Your True Spirit

Since my healing in 1999-2001, I have connected with my intuitive guidance and it has lead me to where I am today. Well, here I am in 2012 and I'm being guided to divert from the technological side of my work to revealing to you the heart and feeling side of my work.  First and foremost, I have always conveyed to people, "In energy healing you need to make sure you find a practitioner YOU are comfortable with, that you trust them and it feels good to you".  That's why there are so many of us and many different therapies.
 

As we move through 2012, the year that starts amazing transformation and change for humanity, we are experiencing extreme Earth and Universal energy shifts. Shifts that are unseen but felt in an unknowing and big way. I myself even being conscious of all of this am not immune to it. We are in a time and space where ALL TRUTH is being revealed. Any situation, person or organization that has been operating from deceit or lies is being revealed in many different ways. Some not so extreme and others as extreme and horrifying as you can imagine. 
 

I have heard from many people over and over again, What is my purpose? Our purpose is BEING, BEING is knowing who we are deep inside this physical shell of the body. We are all made in our perfect creation from the very start, there is nothing wrong with any of us because we are the image of Source/Spirit/God, whatever you may call it. Then through our human experience, we are the ones who take on untrue beliefs about ourselves through conflicts or traumas from the in-utero state to our current age. This is the only genetics I believe exist which has been proven. I call it "Emotional Generational DNA". The beauty of that is that we can change our DNA for the better just by changing our belief about ourselves. When we know who we are, our only purpose is BEING that eternal Light and Energy Essence of the Divine Source/Spirit/God, which is what makes us ALL ONE. I believe when we all get to the point of believing and walking this path, we will have pure, true Love and Respect for each other.


So what I'm saying is, to find and be your purpose, you need to make yourself the priority and heal, grow and ascend to the higher frequency of energy that Earth is calling us all forward to do. From here you can give back and contribute from your passion. Your passion allows you to be your true, authentic, spiritual self through Divine Love and Light.

What is my Passion?

My passion is what I am able to offer others to help them heal themselves through many diverse modalities and technologies. One of the newest and most unique therapies I am certified in is QNRT. QNRT stands for Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy, resetting the emotional body at the cellular level. This therapy utilizes a number of different holistic therapies in one. Over the next few weeks I will be giving you tidbits of each one, which may help you understand the QNRT as a whole. The first is the theory foundation, which follows The New German Medicine (GNM), 30+ years of clinical research by Dr. Ryke Hamer. You can read about Dr. Hamer and his research at www.newmedicine.ca . What Dr. Hamer discovered was that all symptoms, pain and physical discomforts that we call illness, are actually the body in healing from a conflict or trauma that we experienced at some point and time in our lives. That every physical part of the body; glands, organs, joints, tissues, bones, etc. has a specific emotional connection.

So, when we have any kind of big conflicts or traumas in our lives that we don't process or we stuff it, this can even go way back to being in the womb and having your mother's emotions transfer onto you energetically without you knowing, we can take on negative core beliefs about ourselves. Examples of those negative core beliefs are; Abandonment, Abuse, Defectiveness, Dependence, Failure, Mistrust, Emotional Deprivation, Pleasing Others, Vulnerability, etc.

From these negative core beliefs we then start believing, living and responding to life by what is called negative core drivers. There may be some of those here that you recognize like; unworthiness, unlovable, defective child or adult, unwanted, powerless, nothingness, not whole, etc.

Do any of these beliefs or drivers feel familiar to you? Dr. Hamer's therapy was talk therapy and all of his patients were cancer patients, 44,000+ of them. He had a very high percentage rate of survival success by connecting with the specific emotional connection of where that patients cancer was, and talking about the trauma or conflict, reversing that belief for the patient to release it out of the body. With QNRT we use other therapies to assist in releasing on a faster basis.


Some of the emotional body connections his research defined are as follows: 
Liver - Anger/Starvation of Love
Pancreas - Anger within the Struggle
Thyroid - Powerlessness
Bones - Deep Self Devaluation
Lymph Nodes - Unworthiness
Knees - Fear of Moving forward

The result I myself have experienced and what I have witnessed my clients experience with QNRT, I feel we are releasing the ego bit by bit to ignite the true light within to live from the heart and our true connection with Higher Self. The inward and outward physical changes that I have witnessed are amazing and rewarding to all involved.

How I found my Passion, Not a Job....

My (Karen Lacy) journey into Holistic Healthcare started back in 1999 when I found myself saying NO to synthetic chemical drugs because I wasn’t getting any relief. I was actually getting sicker. I had exhausted all blood testing and never got a positive conclusion, but I did get a diagnosis of Palindromic Rheumatism, which I didn’t believe. I chose to disconnect from allopathic medicine and take responsibility for my own health. I found a Bio Meridian practitioner 3 hours away from my home town, learning that this would help heal me but would not intoxicate or hurt my body. I now know I was healing; I was not sick and I will explain that soon. Little did I know what this healing journey was going to be. A month into my healing my body responded the way it needed to and started to detoxify. I went through 2.5 months of what I will call the darkest days of my life. I had severe pain that would travel through my body and cause intense inflammation to the point of debilitation. There were days I couldn’t walk, couldn’t use my arms or hands, and experienced lack of short‐term memory and chronic fatigue.
Night-time was the worst. Many times I found myself waking up on the bathroom floor because of the nausea from the severe pain, and then I would pass out. I chose not to take any pain medications because I didn’t want to intoxicate my body with anything else. This is when I learned what a personal experience healing is and regardless of what level you are healing at, you should be respected for how you choose to heal your body. It was also at these times I became very connected with God, Higher Source, Higher Self, Divine, Creator, whatever you may call it. There were many Divine Interventions, there were many deals being made on my part just to stop the pain so that I could sleep. It always worked, I would wake the next morning not knowing how I got to sleep and also not knowing what part of my body would be debilitated that day.

It took me just under 3 years to fully heal myself to a full functioning human being. I purchased my first Bio Meridian scanning device in October 2001 and have been on the most amazing journey since. I worked out of my home for 8 years, and the majority of my clientele was from word of mouth. Since I am capable of doing scans from hair samples I can help others in other cities and states, and I can even help domestic animals.

In 2009 a whole new paradigm was discovered about health through 30 years of clinical research, called The German New Medicine, see www.newmedicine.ca. Because of this research it was determined that every physical issue in the body was connected to an emotional conflict or trauma and that every microbe has its own emotional meaning and that’s why the body will use that microbe to heal. This includes cancer. QNRT (Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy) was developed out of many different holistic therapies into one (see Bio on QNRT). In my previous 8 years to this therapy I thought I had been witness to some amazing healing, but the QNRT takes healing to a whole different dimension. I am able to do this therapy remotely as well over the phone, so I now have clients in other states that are receiving the gift of emotionally and physically releasing their negative core beliefs about themselves.

In November of 2010 I was ordained as Rev. Karen Lacy with Alliance of Divine Love Ministries. This has allowed me to learn so much more about who we are as spiritual beings and I have been able to implement that into the clearings for QNRT to enhance my clients’ healing and experience.  All in all, I can honestly say I’m thankful for my healing journey.  It has led me to my passion and the true spiritual being I know that I am.  I know that I am here to help others reconnect to their true selves, and ignite their spiritual light within to give themselves a new hope for the rest of their lives. We are opened to living life from our heartfelt FEELINGS instead of Ego thought. The ultimate goal is for our FEELINGS and THOUGHTS to be one in the same, from Divine Love & Light.

I'm so excited to create this blog as a way to connect with others and share what we are offering and creating at Alternative Choices Wellness Center currently.  It's hard to contain all the thoughts and ideas that run through my mind for all the possibilities of what we can offer to our community and those who are seeking ways of healing, growing and igniting the eternal flame within themselves.  But, I can give you specifics on what we are currently doing and then you will have to keep following the posts for the new creations to come.
